LaunchAfter years and years of talking, mulling, and procrastinating, I am finally taking the plunge to launch my website and sell some of my works. So far, you can see my collections filtered into four categories: Cityscape, Landscape, Street, and Travel.
In addition to displaying and selling some of my photos, I also want to use this platform to share my some of my adventures and some things I've learned through the years.
Please feel free to leave feedback or suggestions.
Before I end my first post, I want to share one of my early images in 2017 when I visited New York City. This was a shot at The High Line in Manhattan. I had just got my Fujifilm XT2 when it first launched in 2016 and barely knew anything on how to use the camera. Thankfully, I had attended a photography workshop when I visited Tokyo in 2016 and was able to learn some of the basics before my New York trip. Being in the Big Apple and having a big sandbox to grow with my camera was an incredible experience. The energy and atmosphere of the city definitely made me feel like I leveled up after barely learning the exposure triangle just a few months earlier. This image represents the fun experimentation I had with photography. The first New York trip with my camera solidified streetphotography as genre that I'm most passionate about. I just love capturing moments and balancing that dynamic relationship between human subject and the scene to create a cohesive image. Now it's almost 5 years since I got the XT2 and I am still constantly learning.
Until next time...keep creating.
